Initial vision & planning
We begin with a personalized consultation to learn about your lifestyle, help us understand your aspirations, and establish a project budget.

- Bronze: $25,000 – $35,000
- Silver: $35,000 – $75,000
- Gold: $75,000+
After this consultation, J&L Hardscapes will provide a preliminary quote, setting the stage for the design phase.

On-site refinement
To truly be able to bring your vision to life, our team will need to visit your property to experience your space firsthand, ensuring we fully grasp the scope and potential of your custom landscape.
This collaborative site visit solidifies the project scope and budget. At this time, we also require several deposits to initiate work:
- A $500 consultation fee is required, demonstrating your commitment and securing our expertise. This fee is credited towards your project cost.
- A $5,000 design deposit initiates the design process, also credited towards your final cost.
Please note that both deposits will be applied as discounts to your final project cost.

3D design & visualization
Our talented landscape designers leverage cutting-edge 3D modeling software to transform your abstract ideas into a tangible, visual representation of your future outdoor space, going beyond simple sketches to offer a comprehensive and realistic preview of the final result.
We create a detailed model that captures the nuances of your design, including plant placement, material selections, and spatial relationships, generating still images from various perspectives for a clear understanding from every angle.

Transforming your space
Upon final design approval, we provide a detailed proposal outlining the complete project scope, including materials, labor, and a precise timeline, ensuring complete transparency and a clear understanding of the investment. At this stage, your combined consultation and design deposits are also applied as a discount to the final project cost.
Our experienced project managers oversee every aspect of the construction process, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient execution, managing material procurement, scheduling, and communication, allowing you to sit back and enjoy the transformation.
We maintain open communication throughout construction, providing regular updates and addressing any questions or concerns, understanding your outdoor space is a significant investment. Upon completion, we conduct a thorough final walkthrough, ensuring every detail meets your expectations and providing guidance on maintaining your new landscape.
