How it works
How we deliver value on every project
J&L Hardscapes offers transparent and flexible pricing to suit a variety of project needs and budgets.
To begin the process, we charge a $500 consultation fee, which allows us to meet with you, discuss your vision, and provide a detailed assessment of your project. This fee is one-time, and will be credited towards your total project cost if applicable.
To initiate the design phase, we require a $5,000 design deposit. This deposit secures your spot in our design schedule and demonstrates your commitment to the project. If, for any reason, you decide not to proceed with us after the design phase, this deposit will be retained. If you move forward with us, this deposit will also be credited as a discount towards your final project cost.

Our hardscaping packages
Bronze
The Bronze package is for projects between $25,000 and $35,000, and is ideal for homeowners looking to focus on one specific area of their outdoor space.
Silver
Our most common project is between $35,000 and $75,000, and allows us to focus on a wider area of your outdoor oasis, usually including 1-2 spaces.
Gold
The Gold package is typically projects $75,000 and up, and involves a full transformation of your outdoor space. We even call it “building Disneyland”.
